Green Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 small apples or 1 large, chopped
- 1/2 small banana
- 1 cup raw spinach
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbs shredded coconut
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbs yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- ice
What to do
- Put the milk* in your blender, then add all the other ingredients except the ice.
- Blend mixture until smooth and creamy. If your blender is having trouble, just add a splash more milk.
- Lastly, add a couple ice cubes and blend again.
*PRO TIP: Adding the milk first helps the ingredients blend quicker.
