Citrus Boost Grapefruit Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and cut into segments
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup milk
- juice of 1 lime
- a squeeze of fresh pomegranate juice
- ice
- optional: 1 tsp honey*
What to do
- Pour a little pomegranate juice at the bottom of a glass.
- In a blender, add milk, banana, grapefruit and lime juice.
- Add ice and blend until smooth.
- Taste the smoothie. If you find the grapefruit is too tart* then add honey, blend again, and then pour into the glass.
